Patient Flow Assistant / Overview Serves as a liaison between our hospital, transferring hospitals and physicians.
They will work in collaboration with the Nursing Supervisor and Bed Census Management RN to ensure transferred patients are placed on correct services, level of care and bed assignment to meet the patient needs Key Responsibilities and Expectations Education/Experience Minimum Required:
High School Diploma, 1 year experience working in a healthcare related field.
Preferred:
Associates Degree License/Certification Preferred:
EMT, MOA Work Environment Work is performed in an office environment Age of Patients Served All Age Groups HIPAA Roles-Based Access to Patient Information Clinical - Access to patient information that is not restricted (an example of restricted information is ARU) - Level 3 Direct Experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
