Facility Maintenance Tech

We are looking for an individual who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively.
Someone who is self-motivated and willing to step in and help out wherever necessary.
A Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen.
A Maintenance Technician will usually be required to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility.
Some other tasks a Maintenance Technician may be called upon to do include:
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, such as window, door or wall repair- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures- Minor electrical issues - Applying preventative measures to the building to keep the potential of bigger problems at a minimal- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries- Painting - Cleaning doors, and windows of the building - Pressure Washing as needed- Upkeep and Preventative Maintenance on operational equipment- Performs other work related duties as assigned Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:
- Ability to push/lift up to 75 pounds- Ability to climb ladders- Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require- Ability to work in extreme temperatures if needed- Maintain Transportation to the facilities in designated area- Must be organized, detail oriented, self0-motivated, and able to multi-task Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Multitasking Painting Plumbing Preventive Maintenance Transportation Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
