This is a full time permanent position.
This position either does require to live on site (free apartment included) or within 5 miles of our location for on call services (extra on call pay).
Experience in plumbing, drain snaking, electrical, painting, lawn mowing, snow removal and basic carpentry is preferred.
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, from 8:
00am to 4:
30pm.
We provide health insurance, dental insurance, paid vacation time, personal/sick days and paid holidays.
A clean drivers license is required.
A driving record and background chck will be performed prior to hire.
Hourly wage DOE.
