Dog Daycare Play Attendant (K9 Teacher)

Supervise & monitor dogs in daycare setting Provide excellent customer service to dog owners Assist with basic veterinary tasks, such as administering medications Assist with dog training activities and reinforcement of positive behaviors Perform heavy lifting, such as carrying large bags of food or moving equipment Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the daycare facility Handle animal restraint when necessary Provide general pet care, including feeding, grooming, and exercise Monitor and maintain the safety of all dogs in the daycare Skills:
Strong customer service skills to interact with clientele Knowledge of dog training techniques and ability to reinforce positive behaviors Proficient in animal handling techniques to ensure the safety of both dogs & staff Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required in dog daycare environment Experience in animal care, including:
feeding, grooming, exercise routines, etc.
Experience as a veterinary assistant not needed, but is a plus If you have a passion for working with dogs and providing exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.
Prior experience not needed and in some cases is often preferred.
You will be trained on site.
